Kevin V. Cox is a distinguished attorney, accomplished entrepreneur, and transformative business leader whose career spans law, finance, technology, and community impact. A proud alumnus of Oral Roberts University, Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in 1996 and his MBA in 1999, serving as Student Association President during his undergraduate years. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law and completed executive training at Harvard University’s JFK School of Government, specializing in Performance Maximization.

Throughout his career, Kevin has demonstrated an exceptional ability to identify opportunity, build strategic vision, and execute growth on a global scale. As founder of Logistyx Technologies, he crafted a global strategy, raised $50 million in capital, and executed 14 acquisitions across multiple continents, establishing the company as the dominant force in Transportation Management Execution. Later, he transformed a small regional financial services firm into a FINRA-registered investment advisory firm with over $1 billion in Assets Under Management.

In addition to his legal expertise and business achievements, Kevin has held significant executive leadership roles, including CEO of a public company, and currently sits on two public company boards. His work reflects not only business acumen but also a commitment to innovation and community advancement.

An active and engaged member of the ORU President’s Circle, former member of the OUR University Planning Council, and a past Chairman of its Alumni Board, Kevin remains dedicated to mentoring emerging leaders and shaping visionary initiatives that benefit both business and community.
